For all new customers  we kindly ask you to come along for a kennel tour BEFORE BOOKING to have a look around and so we can assess and meet your dog . It also gives them a chance to say hello to some of the staff that will be caring for them during their stay. Your pet can familiarise themselves with the kennels, go for a walk on the field and maybe have a treat or two! This also gives you the opportunity to make sure you and your dog are happy.  we can answer any questions that you may have and then we can go ahead and book your pet in!

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit. This can be paid over the phone or in person during the kennel tour. Please note we do not provisionally book or hold space and without a deposit, your booking is not secure.

We are open every day for kennel tours from 11:00- 12:00 & 2:00 - 3:30 give us a call or an email to book this in.

If you have boarded your pet with us before you will only need to fill out your name, your address, town and your pets name.

If you have multiple dates to book your pet in, please write the extra ones in the notes section rather than filling out multiple forms.
